By accessing MVRX Signal at signal.mvrx.app or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and MVRX Group (ABN 71 666 255 956). 'You' refers to the individual or entity using the service.
MVRX Signal is an analytics service for Instagram professional account owners. It retrieves performance data from your connected account via the Instagram API, classifies your content using AI, and surfaces trends, summaries, and plain-English recommendations — what worked, why, and what to do next.
AI-generated outputs (classifications, summaries, recommendations, and insights) are suggestions only, not guarantees of outcome. You decide what to act on. MVRX Signal does not publish, schedule, or modify content on your behalf.
You must own, or be expressly authorised to manage, the Instagram professional account you connect to MVRX Signal. By completing the Instagram authorisation flow, you grant us permission to access your account's data via the Instagram API in accordance with our Privacy Policy (signal.mvrx.app/privacy).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials used to access the service. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time via the dashboard or by revoking access in Instagram's own settings, which will trigger deletion of your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use MVRX Signal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, its systems, or other users' data.
— Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service without our written consent.
— Scrape, extract, or systematically copy data from the service by automated means.
— Use the service in any way that violates Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
MVRX Signal depends on the Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., and on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' APIs, outages, rate limits, or policy updates that affect the availability or accuracy of data within MVRX Signal.
All Instagram data retrieved through the service remains subject to Meta's Terms of Service and your agreement with Meta. Your use of MVRX Signal does not modify or replace that agreement.
The MVRX Signal service — including its software, interface, and branding — is owned by MVRX Group. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.
You retain ownership of your content and the underlying Instagram data we retrieve on your behalf. AI-generated insights, summaries, and recommendations produced from your data are yours to use, but we make no warranty as to their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
MVRX Signal is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service as a whole at any time without prior notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free analytics, or the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you, but this is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded, conditioned, or restricted, the liability of MVRX Group is limited as follows.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
Where a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (to the extent permitted) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
Our Privacy Policy (signal.mvrx.app/privacy) explains how we collect, use, and store your information. It also describes how to request data deletion at signal.mvrx.app/data-deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MVRX Signal if you breach these terms, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us.
You may stop using the service and disconnect your Instagram account at any time. Data deletion on disconnection is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of MVRX Signal after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia.
